Well, this has probably been one of the craziest One Room Challenges ever – with an extra eight weeks to get everything done (two more than usual) we were in lockdown for six of them! But, in the end, it all worked out and I have to say this is definitely the most perfectly pink bedroom.
My client was very clear on her requirements for her new big girl bedroom: pink, purple, unicorns, mermaids and more pink.
Her mum also added that she wanted a room that would grow up with her so we picked a subtle pink walls and the delicate floral wall mural which work if you’re 4 or 14! While the pink desk right now is for hair accessories and playing with makeup it will work just as well for homework in the future.
My furniture assembly supervisor has also officially approved of the makeover and has found his perfect spot in the princess tent. Smart pup!
